Angel Bermudez Jr. was born and raised in the City of Chicago Humboldt Park area. He obtained a bachelors degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago. He went on to attend medical school at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine where he entered into the field of Emergency Medicine. Angel is a resident physician with the University of Illinois Health Systems. Angel has been involved with many organizations that promote Latino health and the advancement of Latinos in medicine, particularly the speciality of Emergency Medicine.
