The MOLA Mentorship Program is dedicated to fostering sustained, professionally-supported relationships for underrepresented Latinx students pursuing careers in healthcare. Its goal is to create a robust pipeline for motivated undergraduate and pre-health students, offering mentorship through a team-based approach that includes healthcare leaders, physicians, resident physicians, medical students, and undergraduates. This comprehensive structure ensures guidance and support at every stage of their journey toward a healthcare career.

Mentorship Program Levels
- Undergraduate, graduate, medical students
- Mentorship is provided by healthcare leaders, physicians, residents, medical students, and International Medical Graduates (IMGs).
