Toni Riveros is an Emergency Medicine resident physician at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County. She is originally from Los Angeles, California from a Mexican-American family. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and California State University, Los Angeles. After graduation Toni worked in education and the arts before deciding to enter medicine. She received her MD and MPH from UCLA. Her interests within Emergency Medicine include patient-provider communication and critical care as well as resident education
