We are thrilled to announce that scholarship applications for GLMA’s upcoming 42nd Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health are now open!
At GLMA, inclusivity and accessibility are at the core of our mission to advance LGBTQ+ health equity. We want to ensure that all passionate individuals have the opportunity to participate in our upcoming 42nd Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health: Practice with Pride.
Students, trainees, and/or individuals who belong to a historically-excluded group are invited to apply for our conference scholarships before the May 15th deadline. These scholarships offer partial or full coverage of registration costs, offering you an opportunity to participate in this impactful event.
The GLMA scholarship program is designed to ensure inclusivity and representation, with a focus on individuals who have historically faced systemic barriers in accessing LGBTQ+ health resources and education. By extending support to students, trainees, and members of historically-excluded groups (including but not limited to those who identify as Black, Indigenous and Two-Spirit, and/or People of Color (BIPOC), Intersex individuals, and folks with disabilities) GLMA aims to empower the next generation of healthcare professionals, researchers, and advocates who are committed to improving the health and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity!
