Minimum Requirements

- U.S licensed physician with at least 3 years post-training.
- Strong interest in becoming a transformative healthcare leader.
- Leadership experience with a commitment to serving the Latino community.
- Strong interest in public health and health policy at federal, state, and local levels.
- Committed to improving health outcomes in the Latino community through advocacy and active collaboration with your institution.
- Be or become a member of NHMA.
