March is National Colon Cancer Awareness Month

March 19 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

A Free Community Event

Did you know that 1 in 23 people will be diagnosed with colon cancer?

Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death, but it’s the most treatable when caught early.

What’s happening at the event?
  • Tour a GIANT Inflatable Colon – A fun, interactive way to explore colon health
  • Learn about your screening options
  • Get Screened – Eligible patients may be able to receive either a blood test, a free FIT kit or find out where they can sign up for a colonoscopy. Those interested in screening should bring their ID and insurance card
  • Talk to a Health Expert – Ask questions and get tips for a healthier gut
  • Enjoy Delicious Treats from the Colon Cancer Coalition
