Alejandra Torres Diaz is a second-year TRIUMPH medical student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. She served as co-mentorship chair for the Latino Medical Student Association and is now a member of MOLA-WI’s Mentorship committee. To Alejandra MOLA means the opportunity to advance the Latine/Hispanic community through the establishment of a giant network (familiia) of physicians and health care professionals to promote excellence and advancement. She is excited not only to connect with others but help others fulfill their own dreams! Alejandra was born in El Salvador and raised in Maryland. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, traveling, and giving back to her community.
