Manuel Santiago is the Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health.  He received a Master of Education from Marquette University and his bachelor’s degree in  Public Communication from the Universidad de Puerto Rico- Rio Piedras. To Manuel, MOLA  is an opportunity to support our efforts to increase the population of healthcare providers serving our Hispanic community within Wisconsin.
