MOLA hosted its 3rd annual Latino Health Symposium – Moving Forward, Hacia Adelante, on October 4th and 5th at Northwestern University with nearly 300 attendees. Students, residents and attending physicians provided educational opportunities on issues affecting Hispanic/Latinx health. Out of 28 graduate and medical student poster presentations, Nayelí Langarica and Ana Reyes took first and second place, respectively, in the poster competition. During the oral presentation competition, Ana Reyes and Samuel Carbunaro took first and second place, respectively. Congratulations! Thanks to all our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors who made our symposium successful.
