MOLA Partnerships CPASS, Michael Reese, NAMS, ALMA

At MOLA, our mission is deeply rooted in collaboration to advance equity and inclusion. This year, we are proud to announce a renewed 3-year partnership with the Michael Reese Research and Education Foundation, a vital supporter of our mission.

We are also thrilled to launch a new partnership with the Creating Pathways and Access for Student Success Foundation™ (CPASS). The CPASS–MOLA collaboration is dedicated to implementing programs and activities that foster the academic, professional, and personal growth of underrepresented-in-medicine (URiM) students, as defined by the AAMC. This includes Black or African American, Latina/o/x, Native/Indigenous peoples, first-generation college students, and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Illinois. Together, we aim to empower these students to achieve academic excellence and professional success.

Additionally, MOLA is honored to continue our partnerships with the National Association of Medical Spanish (NAMS) and the Association for Latinos/as/x Motivating Action (ALMA). These alliances enable us to amplify our impact, expand our reach, and drive meaningful change in the communities we serve. Together, we are creating pathways toward a more equitable future.
